These Terms and Conditions govern your use of StayFifty, operated by Prithvi Prasannya Solution. By registering or using StayFifty you agree to these terms in full.
StayFifty is an online marketplace connecting guests with rural homestay hosts across India. We facilitate bookings but are not party to any accommodation contract between guests and hosts.
All accounts require registration with a valid email address and email verification before activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
StayFifty charges hosts a 5% commission on the total accommodation bill for each confirmed stay where the guest checks in. This is invoiced after check-in is confirmed. The commission rate may be revised with 30 days' notice.
Prithvi Prasannya Solution is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from stays arranged through StayFifty. StayFifty is a facilitating marketplace and not responsible for property condition or quality.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

StayFifty operates a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Since all payments are made directly at the property and there is no upfront online payment, cancellations primarily affect host earnings and preparation costs.
Important: StayFifty's 5% commission applies only to confirmed stays where the guest checks in. If a booking is cancelled before check-in for any reason, no commission is charged to the host.

Hosts must honour all confirmed bookings. If a host cancels:
If a host cancels within 48 hours of the check-in date, a penalty fee of ₹500 is payable to Prithvi Prasannya Solution to cover administrative costs.
StayFifty's 5% commission is triggered only when the host confirms the guest's check-in on the dashboard. If a booking is cancelled before check-in, no commission is charged or invoiced.
In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, StayFifty may at its discretion waive cancellation penalties. Contact support@stayfifty.com with documentation.
